Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at TOLER TOUGH APPLIANCE REPAIR (operating as Toler Bikes). We are committed to processing and delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping terms and procedures below.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days.

  • Our fulfillment center operates Monday through Friday. We do not process, ship, or deliver orders on weekends or major national holidays.

  • If we are experiencing an unusually high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Should a significant delay occur, our team will proactively contact you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your delivery address.

  • Standard Ground Shipping: Once your order leaves our facility, transit times typically range from 5 to 7 business days.

  • Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather, rural delivery routes, or carrier network capacity. We are not responsible for these unforeseen carrier delays.

3. Domestic Shipping Only (USA)

At this time, we ship exclusively within the contiguous United States. We do not offer international shipping, nor do we fulfill orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or US Territories.

4. Shipping Restrictions & P.O. Boxes

Because bicycles and related equipment ship in large, heavy boxes, they require specialized ground handling.

  • Physical Address Required: We absolutely cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses. You must provide a valid residential or commercial street address at checkout.

  • High-value shipments may require an adult signature upon delivery to ensure your items are not left unattended.

5. Shipment Tracking

As soon as your shipping label is generated and your package is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the carrier's tracking portal to update with the initial scan.

6. Damaged Shipments

We pack our products securely to withstand transit, but rough handling can sometimes occur.

  • When your order arrives, please inspect the packaging before opening.

  • If your item arrives damaged, please keep all original packaging materials and contact us within 48 hours.

  • Provide clear photos of both the damaged product and the box so we can immediately file a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement.
