The Toler Tough
Commitment

Toler Tough Appliance Repair LLC ("Toler Tough") warrants to the original consumer purchaser ("Purchaser") that each new e-bike shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the periods specified below.

Registration of the e-bike within thirty (30) days of purchase is strictly required to validate coverage. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser from our Milton, FL facility or authorized online portal.

This Limited Warranty does not cover any damage or defects resulting from failure to follow instructions in the owner’s manual, acts of God, accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, commercial use, alterations, or improper assembly.

Frame & Structural 5 Years Main frame, swingarms, and welds. Excludes finish & decals.
Motor & Internal System 2 Years Internal motor failure. Excludes external cable impact damage.
Lithium Battery Pack 2 Years Guaranteed retention of 70%+ capacity over 24 months.
ECU & Display Tech 1 Year Hardware failure. Excludes water immersion or screen cracks.
Hard Components 1 Year Forks, stems, handlebars, and electronic gear systems.

The "No-Go" List

Consumable Wear

Tires, Inner tubes, Brake rotors & pads, Chains, Cassettes, Grips, and Saddles are designed to wear and are excluded.

Misuse & Environment

Salt-air corrosion, pressure washing, stunt riding, jumping, or commercial delivery operations void all coverage immediately.

Shipping & Labor

First 90 Days: Toler Tough covers ground shipping for approved replacement components.

After 90 Days: Purchaser is responsible for all shipping/handling for warranty submittals.

Service Labor: Diagnostic labor is included ONLY if performed at our Milton facility. 3rd-party shop labor is NOT reimbursable.

Claim Protocol

Documentation

Submit HD photos of the frame serial number and a clear video demonstrating the component failure.

Verification

Email info@tolerbikes.us with your proof of purchase. Our Milton team reviews all logs within 48-72 hours.

Remedy

Approved claims receive replacement components or a scheduled service window at our 268 S Garcon Point hub.
